Honour what is within.
Sometimes when we stop, when we allow ourselves to make a pause in our rushing, we do not like what we find, what we feel there.
Strong emotions can come up, arising from what we haven’t listened to in a while. That place, of feelings that can feel icky.
That place, of not knowing, not knowing what we will find there, feel there.
So instead, do you rush? Do you find things to do, activities or actions that prevent you from feeling?
Ways of moving or being that do not require you to pause? To reflect on what is?
Yes, it can feel uncomfortable. Yes, there can be pain or sadness or insecurity at first. But, you remember, that this resting place is ALSO where you are? YOUR joy, YOUR hopes and wishes and connection to fun – YOUR type of fun, for YOU.
Does this sound or feel familiar?
Can YOU relate to this, in any way?
Then maybe it’s time. Time to come home. Find your way, get support, whatever it is you need just now. In the quiet, in THIS quiet time that YOU make, for and WITH you, will only bring you closer.
You’re home. Already sweetheart.
