I had an amazing session with Beccy last time which led to a major epiphany. I was finally able to step back and really appreciate how far I have come and to focus on my achievements rather than constantly thinking about my deficiencies, my so-called flaws as I saw them. This has led to major shifts in the work that I am doing, being able to be more present to what is happening with the creative process and to go with the flow. That has led to me getting far much more joy and fun out of my work and being able to then pass that on to the people I'm working with.
